A week complete!

A week completed! Yes only 4 days left of Insanity rotation Yes! Down another .6 pounds this morning Yes! I'm feeling good. Other than that darn brain interfering with my food wants. I will get thru this! Friday is a planned cheat day so I'm holding that over my head as a carrot today!
Looking forward to lunch.... Spanish omelet is in the works. Yum!




Doesn't that look yummy! Dinner something chicken set out a boat load of chicken breast last night so plan is to do a few for meals later in this week. Right now I'm thinking buffalo chicken and a Mexican fajita.

PS Yesterday's obsession. I could stop watching it. I watched three shows that I had DVR'd. So much better than Biggest Loser. It really opened my eyes to what I've been putting in my mouth and the calories I've been consuming. I told hubby that we both work way to hard to have this extra weight on our bodies.

Omgosh its Sunday. When is Friday.

Is it friday yet. That is planned cheat day. I'm so looking forward to it. Like a carrot in front of me.
Workout this morning: Cardio Plyo Max. Yikes. Not good really hard to get thru. Not a whole lot of calories consumed yesterday but I was sitting around watching marathon movies. Due Date, Unstoppable and Red. Not any I would brag about. But they filled the day.
Church this morning was great. I love going its too bad I put it off on most Sundays lately. No reason just don't want to leave the house. Got to get out of that thought process.
Plans today..... More lazyness and watching movies. Lunch was chicken "noodle" soup. Not bad according to hubby. Dinner... yet to reveal itself. Something hamburger or egg related.  

I just about forgot to mention down another .6 this morning. Yeah! Getting close to my goal of 150. I know that's kinda high but for me I haven't been there for a long time. I really think I will like this weight best. Not skinny, healthy.

6 days in. A rest day?!?!

Today's "rest day" was the above workout. I'm almost done with my goal of 60 workouts. Yeah! I haven't done this one in a long while but Insanity has one day off a week so I usually sub a barre type workout in on the off day. Love love love this one. Just did the 57 Classic DVD. BTW did I say how much I love this one! :D 
Loss for the day was 1.6 pounds. What.... I'm almost down to 155 unbelievable changes going on here. Stomach is fading and looking not bloated. But relaxed. I just hope it keeps on! I would love to reach 150 or even 145 and stay at that weight for 6 months. 
Came up from my workout and the most crazy thing happened I saw G eating yummy chocolate donuts and I really didn't even want to sneak one. Guess the sugar cravings might be falling to the side. I really don't like the taste of these. Its just the idea of chocolate. 
Meals for today.... I'm thinking cottage cheese for my protein for lunch I love this stuff and havent been able to have it for a week. Dinner is going to be hamburgers and "mock" mashed califlower. Never had this or made it so we will see if its good! 
Yesterday did spinach chips and apple chips. They were both ok. Just ok. Nothing I would indulge in.
Saturday and its snowing. Cuddling gaming and surfing in store for us today. Everyone have a great day! :D kim

5 days in Feeling great in the weight department

Weight is great. This morning weighing in at 158.0. Having my coffee after my workout and feeling really good at the moment. During Shaun T's kick my butt time not the greatest. But I did manage to make it threw.
On the menu for today... Lunch lean chili and and a apple. For dinner:
 fish with veggies in the paperbag style oven cooked. Im pretty sure my picky eater will like that. :D Yummy.
Practicing with adding pictures in the blog. Really think thats awful cool! Huh.

Day 4... Kick my Butt into Gear

Woke up feeling normal. Yeah! Down 1.2 lbs. Under my starting weight.
Shaun T kick my butt into gear this morning with Cardio Max Circuit I was so afraid I wouldn't have the energy but that was no problem. Getting through the last segment was really hard but I got it done.
Eating was good yesterday a few smallish cheats of carbs but over all it was good. Huge deficets of cals in over cals out. Maybe this is what was wrong the whole time using my bodybugg. I was just eating normal not controlling my eating. Tomorrow is the end of week one. Two weeks left of major diet. Now thats not to bad is it?

Day 3 Only 87 days left to get after it!

Great weigh in this morning down to 160 Hope it last. :D
Hard night last night very hungry in bed. That really sucked. Woke up lots thru the night but ended up this morning feeling great. Started drinking water as soon as the drops took. Eating great job yesterday no cheats. Let see how long that lasts.

Workout. Thank god it was a recovery day. Got to get my body used to the new intake. Max Recovery. Seeing those pictures will be an inpisiration every day. Thats a good thing.

Day 2... Yes!

Day 2 :
Max Cardio Conditioning ... Shaun T you kick my butt. But I always want more. I stand there and pant but I can't stop getting back into the exercise even if there is only 5 seconds left.
Loving the results I'm seeing from this. I was so flabby before I started this rotation. Almost over and then what to do. Don't worry about that. Huh. Just get it done. :D

Eating: Yesterday not bad not good. Finished up the leftovers in the fridge. Today starts the VCLD and hopefully no headaches. :D Just lots of water... Water... WATER...

I've decided to post my current pictures so progress can be made. I weighed in this morning at 163.4. Ugh! Goal weight 150.

Day 1 of 90. Getting in Shape for Summer. Looking Great.

Here we go.....
Its 2/21/2011 and many blogs have been started and dropped. This one is gonna last 90 days. Just thoughts what was achieved and ate. A goal setting blog. :D
Saturday I have been weighed measured and calculated. Everyday since been on the scale first thing in the morning. HCG diet has been started. Insanity rotation is on its last 2 weeks. This girl has completed with the exception of Saturday 51 workouts. One missed day. Not bad. Most days I have completed Insanity and maybe one other workout when I have had the time and energy.
Focus. Drive. Loss. These are the goals I'm working on.
Learning from others. Keeping an open mind.

Day 51. So far as a workout I did Insanity Max Cardio Interval. Hard but completed given on a scale 1-10 I gave myself a 7. Need to work on this.

Eating. Need to work on this. Say no to sugar yes to fruit and protein. :D
