Tracy Anderson... Level2 day3 Omni

Workout going amazing. I was able to complete dance cardio for the whole time. Thats an improvement. Got in some extra cardio inside yesterday. Snowed again. Snow all over the trees grass and streets. No running til at least Thursday. Sad face.
Eating. I haven't been that good at this recently. Making sweets again. Snacking way to much. Got to get that under control again. Clothes still big and thats a problem because I think I'm thin and need to eat to fill them up. Ugh! 
Snacking is my huge downfall. I need to get ahold of this bad habit. Throw it all out. Bread Carbs get me started.
This morning started with a big shake hopefully this will curb me from turning down that road. Muscle milk, almond milk and banana. Lunch plan is apple with natural pb. Dinner haven't dug it out yet. Chicken was last night with a nice big salad it was good, but of course I had to bake so I had cranberry bread loaf and ate a slice. Maybe that pushed my weight up not sure. Gotta think low carb (bread and bad stuff) for tonights meal.

Its Thursday already! :D

After that horrible day Monday.. It got so much better. My sweet 19 year old boy came home to spend some time with us. Fabulous! He is such a dear one. Kept the baby (15) entertained and wore him out!
The week as been well as far as exercise. Got all my program done and then some. Not enough running but I refuse to run in long johns! It will soon be better weather so I'll wait for it inside. :D
Eating: Need to clean it up a bit. Kinda getting off track. Weigh in tomorrow kinda nervous. But this tells me what I'm doing wrong or right. No worries. Just need to clean it up a bit. Monday night brought home leftover desert we promptly dumped it Tuesday night after finding ourselves snacking on it. So sad but necessary. No dining out yet this week. Hopefully weigh in in our favor we can go out this weekend. :D

Sometimes Monday's Suck

It has been a crazy Monday already.
I'm not use to having these so here is my bitch.
Had to spend my morning taking my hubby's car to the dealership waiting upon a loaner car (granted its brand new 2011 CTS and red) and drive back home.
I had a dessert to fix for a meeting did it twice (first one not so well). Cleaning the oven was next on the list. 
Workouts: Before I got started this morning I did TA's Omni. Love this workout. After my stressful morning and failure at dessert making I decided that I needed to veg out and took a run. I did my first 5k this year. Felt great got a really good time. I'm pretty sure I should be able to make under 10 minute miles sometime in April consistently.
Meeting with food tonight so I went light on food today besides I felt like I really gourged yesterday and I'm still full from that. Drink your water to push it all through!

I super big heart running.

Thank you C25k for teaching me how to run. The fat girl in jr high that quit everything because she knew every excuse in the book. It only took me til I was 43 to figure out I am an athlete. I love running. If its decent out if its raining out I've got to get out there and get my runner's high on. Ran 2.5 miles yesterday with my awesome hubby. Pushing me the whole way. Today by myself 2.75 miles. My goal for this next month for running that is to complete regularly 3.5 miles. Need to get this mapped out.
Food: Today was G's birthday, made a from scratch cake for him had a small piece. Didn't taste as good as I wanted. :( He didn't mind and thought it was good. Lunch was chicken salad smoked chicken that is with apples, greek yogurt, celery and onion. Yum! Dinner was a lean hamburger with spinach artichoke dip on top with an orange. Really craving pizza.
Weight: Didn't do it today I have to get over this obsession. Weight days are going to be Tuesday and Fridays.

Okay tummy enough is enough!

This is gonna be TMI but my bowels have not been happy for about 24 hours. Not a good thing! Once its out I'm fine but wow!
Day 2 of Omni. I really like it soreness in my sides not really legs and arms. Dance cardio is HARD! How and the heck did I ever dance for hours straight back in my 20s. Clocked in 23 minutes today.
Spent most of my day taking the car for service just to be told I have to return on Monday to have it stay for a while.
So the food situation is as follows: Breakfast- PP drink with a coffee chaser. Lunch - none really well a light Starbucks Frappacuino. Looking forward to dinner - grilled chicken breast brushed with hot sauce and salad with low sugar dressing. Yum!

First Day of Meta- Omni

Yikes! I haven't danced that much since.... hmmm. I don't know when. Lots of fun if my stomach wouldn't have decided to gurgle. Got 20 minutes done. Shooting for the 30 minutes tomorrow. The transformation part. Interesting lots of different moves that got me sweating and burning. Looking forward to getting it done tomorrow.
Weight.... 150.2 not bad. Lost a little overnight or I just stood in a different spot. :D 
Eating. This morning started out with my protein shake water and a little peppermint that didn't even taste. Makes me sad. Going to have to pick some of that up this week. 
Started using Lose it app. Like it so far.

So much better today!

Today is a new day! I feel so much better. Weighed in back to my goalish weight of 150. I am really hoping to keep it there or lighter on my Tracy Anderson journey that begins tomorrow. Can't wait. 
Food plan for the next week. I am now off of hcg with a 12 pound loss in 3 weeks, I am pleased. I figure that the 150 weight is a set point for me and will try to work on the loss now with exercise. Back to eating.... upping the calories with protein this week. Adding in a protein drink first thing in the morning. Muscle milk with pb2 water 1/2 serving. Workout to follow. Enjoy coffee afterwards. Lunch smallish like cottage cheese or meat of 4 oz with fruit. Dinner whatever I come up with for the family. Low-carb is the plan. Need to reread Leanless lifestyle again and work on that plan.

Sad :(

Today I find myself in the dumps. I haven't workout with a dvd for 3 days. I have been on the elliptical two days. Learning that I can up the incline this morning to 5 and keeping my pace for 60 minutes. 
Eating: okay. I'm hungry. I'm weighing heavy at 152. And this is depressing. I really want to be in the 140s. Just even 149, would be nice. I know its a number. It is still really bothering me. Calories are consuming my thoughts lately. Got to get over that.
Happy about Monday coming and starting my new rotation. Hopefully that will throw me out of this funk.

Snowing still in Nebraska....

Snow. Nice and keeps me inside yet again today. I'm sure it will be mostly gone tomorrow or Thursday even with the expected 5 more inches today. Its barely below freezing and melting from underneath.
Workout: Today I did Booty Barre with Tracy Mallet that is one tough workout. I was sweating like I was doing Insanity. Crazy huh. Finished that and hopped on my Octane elliptical, our best purchase ever! Love that machine, we've had it for about 3 years but it works like a dream. Always a standby for me. Before the workout this morning I downloaded Jillian Micheals podcast and gave a listen. I really kept my speed up which was one worry of mine while listening and got some really good insite on food and other things. If you haven't given it a listen please do they are about 45 minutes long and I listened to the one about getting older.
Food today: Cottage cheese for lunch and a apple or orange. Dinner: I'm thinking chicken something maybe using a curry or something interesting, not really sure. Maybe a crockpot taco chicken salsa it would be so warm and yummy. Maybe soup version have to think about this..... Off to think and watch the snow.

This Snow storm has ruined my planned chocolate cheat day!

I am not happy at all. Now I do love snow. But I also love me some chocolate, and I haven't had a taste for a long time. I can't even say when, because I'm afraid it will start a train wreck on my eating plan. So I guess I wait now until Friday for a cheat day.

Workout plans **** I have well kinda finished Insanity (one workout short). So on to a "rest" week. I plan on barre workouts the rest of the week followed by elliptical runs of 30-45mins each. Next week I plan on starting my Tracy Anderson's Omni series.  I'm excited about this one. I'm going to let go of the heavy weights and let Tracy transform me. I will also plan on starting back up my running program as soon as this darn weather makes up its mind. :D

Food: Still on Hcg. Doing well. Gained 1.5 pounds off of the cheat on Friday This morning it finally left so back down to 151.8. This makes me very happy. Hungry not really. Just want a chocolate sugar free hard candy. Can't wait for that. Lunch -- Lean Chili with fire roasted tomatoes and fruit. Dinner Baked fish with salad.

It's been a few....

Catching you all up... Friday no workouts unless you count shopping as a workout. Had to make a trip to O to see the doctor and our boys. It was a planned cheat day. Not that bad on eating. Did a salad with *** horror*** no dressing or nuts and fruit on it but asked for it on the side. Weird for me 'cuz I'm always the person who snubs people who do this. In the end felt really good about it. Ate only about half of the it. For dinner what I thought would solve the pizza craving Zio's Pizza. It was good not as good as it should have been. One piece with hamburger and cheese. Two hot wings. Very hot. Water to drink all day. 
Saturday woke up with really sore tendons behind my knees. No workouts. :( I'm not usually a complainer so that is upsetting to me. All day on the couch watching basketball. Eating... way to much salt. :( Lunch Lemon Chicken Spinach soup. Dinner homemade spaghetti sauce with meatballs and strawberries. Snacks were melba toast and 1/2 orange.
Results in weight loss not good. :(  Trying to work on that today. Lots of water and no salt. Yuck!

9 days 81 left... Watch out here I come! :D

Getting is getting ready for real life. Kinda...
I've learned so much so quickly. Really I did snack tons and thought I was eating healthy and for my body for so long. I was wrong. Eating the wrong foods. Stuffing my face with carbs. Getting fat while workout like a fiend. Not gonna happen again. If I can help it.
Workout this morning: Cardio Max Circuit. Did it slower felt so much better. Got thru it without getting dizzy and feeling sick and faint. According to my bodybugg it burned 483 calories.





Food..... Hmmm well lunch has already been served: Crab salad on a bed of lettuce with orange slices
Dinner: Yummy steaks from Omaha Steaks and lettuce salad with apples.
Everyone have a great night. Its a Survivor night! Yay!

Day 8.. Getting smaller! March 1 Here comes Spring and Running.!!!!!

I've got one workout in for the day. P57. Have I said that I really like these. Total body workout. I'm starting to change my thinking about super heavy lifting. I really want that lean body look and I think I need to get those "accessory" muscles closer to the bone. Can't wait for my KMB (kick my butt) Insanity program to be over. I like it and everything. He really kicks my butt. But I'm ready to move on.
Diet with HCG. Awesome this morning weighted in at 153.0 so excited down 10 pounds now. Hoping that once I come off of it I can keep the weight down and not go crazy because I gave up so much during it. Got to keep that in the back of my mind. 
Food today.... Cottage Cheese for lunch YUM and an apple are planned.
Fish for dinner with horseradish slaw (already in the fridge getting yummy). Not sure what I'm doing with the fish today. Gotta think on that. Its beautiful this morning so I'd really like to do something grilled but fish and grilling doesn't always work well. Maybe in foil with lemon juice and just some veggies and spices. 
Need to run to the grocery store this morning this always worries me. Small town - Not much choices.
