Mondays! Are.....

Pretty awesome. Its October 3 and its warm. No cold snap yet.
On the fitness front started TA Continuity level 10 w2. Its hard but love the lean out. Ran 3 quick ones again this morning. Hoping to get runs in all week.

Nutrition front. UGH. So far I have eaten : Muscle Milk Chocolate 1 scoop with coconut milk and PB2. Iced coffee homemade and a hand full of pita baked chips and hummus. Lunch is next on tap. Sandwich probably then off to the Golf Course to work for the afternoon. I thought we were done but its so nice out the boss wants someone out there to collect money and maybe get rid of a little beer. :D

Not sure what I'm gonna due about dinner. G has a football game tonight only 4 left for the season. Go Warriors!

Its been forever .....

since I posted wow...
Good news I've stayed with my program of running and Tracy Anderson's method and really been liking my outcome.
Bad news I really need to focus on my eating. As always.


So where does one start... hmmmm juicing and IF maybe. Need to find a program to follow now that I'm done with the Golf Course for the winter I can really focus on other things. Whole food eating less sugar and flour. Plan A. :D

Here we are at 90 days.

90 Days have past. So results are as follows. 11 pounds total lost. 11.5 inches lost and 7 % of body fat burned. I'm happy with the results. And ready to move forward on to my next challenge.
I have upped my running distances and my pace continues to increase. :D
My food needs some cleaning up. But that is going to be always haunting me.
I've hit 51-60 days of Tracy's Omni. Still really liking it. Always a challenge at the beginning of each new level. Hoping to keep with it. Not sure of the plan after its accomplished. I'm really happy with my results. Cant wait for it to start burning off the mid section. Even though I know its diet more than exercise.
I'll post pictures of the results as soon as I take some that I don't look totally crazy in. :D

Weight back down.....

You know it really does take some time to get it back from a fabulous trip huh... Way to many desserts. Yummy. Anyway weighin this morning went awesome back down to 150.0 almost to the 140s which is awesome!
Had tons of energy today and got lots done! Laundry, quilting, cleaning. Life is good.
Finishing up Omni Level 3 this week. Excited to moving on to a new DVD.
Running: Made a new personal best run with Jeff. 3.2 miles in less than 30 minutes. 9:08 miles overall. Felt great to be outside again. But it never fails the weather turns again. Looking forward to next week.
Getting used to working again. Trying to fit everything in.

Cking in today. I weighed myself ....

I know I said I wasn't going to do it because I really didn't want to see it. But I did this morning right before I hit the shower and well I didn't gain and didn't lose. So I'm happy still at 152. Wishing for the 140s but that will come. I'm consistently wearing size 8 can't say when that last happened. :D

Wow.. Its kinda been a LONG time

Where did the time go. UGH!
Been busy and one a little vacay. Running is picking up even though its suppose to be blizzard like condition. In APRIL. Crazy. Anyway, exercise has been good. Dieting except for the vacay has been good. I did run everyday while I was gone. But I also had several desserts at night. :( Oh well doesn't happen alot so WTH.


 Started on Monday the Level 3 TA Omni work. I'm sore today in the mid section. Not hurting can't breathe stuff. Just the good stuff. Walked today on the track amongst the hurdles. That was really kinda nice, other than the smoke blowing up from KS.

Scales Rock!

Monday was not a good weigh in day. I knew it wouldnt be. TTOM caught me with 5 extra pounds. Cleaned up my eating added back in ACV and today I weighted back in at a respectable weight! Not only is the scale good in a weighing way, but I love my food scale also. You know if you weigh everything you put in your mouth you really learn control when eating.


Tracey Anderson has been good for me. I love her workouts and getting that thin muscular look. I can't believe it. I also have been able to up my running speed. I'm not sure if its due to my son teaching me I can be faster or that I just jumped that hurdle of sorts. I've been really practicing on the elliptical when I can't get outside to up speed and time. Recorded yesterday on my own a 9:13 minute mile. I could beat some of the girls and boys in my son's freshman class or so he told me.
Food tonight, after a run and some necessary yard work. PW's tacos. Looking forward to them. Don't they look so yummy! I'll report back later.
Just a quick note about the HCG diet. You know lots of bad things being said about it. I think everyone gets what they want out of any diet what they put in. I know that so far I've been off the diet for almost 3 weeks. No increased weight gain. I really skipped P3 and moved on to P4. I learned to weigh everything make good decisions about my food and really cut down on carbs. This diet helps you find out what your trigger foods are and what to avoid. And let me say this it is expensive I need all new clothes because it caused me to lose in places I haven't lost before. All my clothes especially my pants wont stay up. :D
